Our small business specializes in crafting and installing custom cushions, canvas and awning products tailored to the unique preferences of our clients. This position requires a person who takes immense pride in their work and enjoys finding solutions to challenges inside a creative workshop.

Experience Needed: 

• Customer Service 

• Computer Literate 

 

Key Skills Required: 

• Enthusiastic Personality. Enjoy people. 

• Warmly greet callers and showroom visitors 

• Educate potential clients about our products & services 

• Customer consultations (fabrics, foam, etc.) 

• Keep the showroom tidy and updated / order samples & sales literature 

• Assist with intake of customer products 

• Help qualify leads 

• Marketing support (order business cards, create electronic newsletters, etc.) 

• Provide support to staff 

• Organized & Professional 

• Errands, customer product drop off and pick up
